Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellations:

1. Cancel unpaid orders: Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 1 day.
2. Cancel paid order: If you do not receive the shipping notification email, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. So please wait for your package to arrive. You can keep it or return it for a refund. Please do not refuse to receive the goods, as undelivered packages may be destroyed by third-party logistics.

Where can you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We may require additional information to ship to certain locations, if so we will contact you as soon as possible.

How long is the shipping time?

Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
Standard Delivery time 7-15 working days
Expedited Delivery time 3-7 working days

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products?

The products we sell we believe are of high quality and reliability. Before each garment is shipped to customers, our quality control staff will conduct a detailed inspection of the items to ensure high quality.

If the dress I ordered is a standard size, can I return it if it doesn’t fit? Or what if I just don't like it?

If we send you wrong or mismatched clothes, we will take full responsibility and provide you with the best solution with the highest satisfaction. We are concerned that returns without reason are unacceptable. Therefore, please measure your body accurately according to the size chart on our website. We provide size and color guides for your full use. Every garment you order will be made from scratch exactly to your specifications. Our tailors will create the perfect dress for you.
